Terms and Conditions:

1. Overview 'iNNOVIZE Arts & Culture' is a registered M.S.M.E that organizes art, photography, and other talent competitions events. By participating in any of these competitive events, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Participants of all ages, ranging from 3 to 80 years, are eligible to enter the competitions organized by iNNOVIZE Arts & Culture.

3. Registration and Fees 3.1 Participants must register for the competitions through the Company's official website : www.photophraphycontest.in and www.internationalartcontest.com. 3.2 A registration fee is applicable, which varies based on the number of entries submitted by the Participant. 3.3 The Participant agrees to pay the registration fee as specified on the website at the time of registration.

4. Originality and Ownership of Work 4.1 The Participant affirms that all works submitted are their original creations and that they hold full ownership rights to the submitted work. 4.2 In case of any dispute regarding the authenticity or ownership of the submitted work, the Participant may be disqualified from the competition. 4.3 The final decision regarding any dispute lies with Mr. Aman Gupta, the founder of iNNOVIZE Global Talent Search, and his decision shall be binding and conclusive.

5. Usage of Submitted Work 5.1 The Participant's submitted work will not be sold by the Company. 5.2 The Company reserves the right to display the submitted work on its website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. 5.3 The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company may use the submitted work for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

6. Certificates and Awards 6.1 Participants will receive a digital Certificate of Participation within 24 hours of registration. 6.2 The Company will deliver award trophies, medals, certificates, cash prizes etc to winners & appreciable performers/ record makers of the competitions as specified on the website. 6.3 The awards and certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

7. No fee will be levied on the winners for postage or delivery of awards within PAN India locations, though ranks above 90 i.e Non winners if eligible for any appreciation/recognition awards (optional) will have to submit the postal and handling charges for delivery of awards.

8. Refund Policy 7.1 Once a participant has submitted the form and his/her Artwork, a certificate will be issued on the name of the participant within 24 hours and no refunds will be provided after submission. 7.2 The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the Participant's subsequent withdrawal from the competition at any moment.

By participating in the competitions organized by iNNOVIZE Arts and Culture , 'A Global Talent Search', the Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions
